How the VAT is calculated in the prices given in the reserved BtoB area?
The prices that are displayed inside the restricted area are excluding VAT. The VAT will be added at the end when the order is confirmed in the cart if you are an Italian customer. If you are in EU or extra UE countries the VAT will be not added. You will receive the invoice with the goods.
Do you require minimum order quantities?
We don't ask minimum quantities, you can order the quantity you want when you want.
Are all items available for immediate delivery?
Items are all available for immediate delivery (with green light), except in the case where the system signals the yellow light (very limited quantity available of a few pieces) or red light (in this case means that the product is in production and the time waiting vary from 15 to 60 days).
When you make the shipment?
Shipments are made in 24-48 hours after receiving confirmation of payment.

I paid my order by T/T bank transfer. When will be shipped?
DuDuBags deliver orders paid by bank transfer only when the credit appears in our bank account. Until then, the order is left in a state of waiting for payment. On average, the time is about 1-3 days. If the customer would provide in advance the receipt of the bank transfer, DuDuBags reserves the right to wait, however, that the payment appeared in our bank account. If you want your order to be processed in the fastest times, we strongly suggest you to choose a payment method such as PayPal or credit card.
