- The prices that are displayed in the reserved area are VAT not included. VAT is not payable in Italy for goods shipped abroad in the European Community. You will receive an invoice with your VAT number with the goods.

- We don’t ask for minimum quantity, you can order the quantity you want when you want.

- For transport in Europe, Dudubags uses the courier UPS or FedEx. The system will automatically charge the amount for transportation cost at the end of your order when you will confirm the cart. The cost of trasport thorugh UPS/FedEx is very low inside the European Community, we have chosen the best quality/cost service for you. The transit time vary from 3 to 5 days, it depends from the zone.

- Prices are EXW (Ex Works), that means that you should pay for the transport to your place.

- For transport outside Europe, Dudubags can use the EMS (Express Mail System) service or FedEx. The system will automatically charge the amount for transportation cost at the end of your order when you will confirm the cart. The transit time vary from 7 to 15 days for EMS and from 3 to 7 days for FedEx, it depends from the zone. For bigger wholesale orders, you may choose your forwarder by air or by sea and you can contact us directly to arrange the shipment as per your requirement.

- When the goods reach your country, you shall pay your Customs duty and fees.

- The products are all available for immediate shipment (green light signal), except in cases where the light system signals yellow light (few pieces available) or red light ( in this case that means the product is under production and waiting times vary from 15 to 60 days).

- Shipments are made in 24/48 hours after receiving confirmation of payment.

- Payments accepted are Paypal, credit card, bank transfer in advance.

- Dudubags is responsible for any defects in the manufacturing and accepts any returns for replacement or credit account within 8 days of receipt of goods.

- The Dudubags range of products is constantly changing, every 15/30 days you will find new products that you can buy and sell, so you can always present something new to your customers!
